ALL SALES AND SERVICES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! We provide exceptional service. We will go above and beyond to satisfy your request.

DEPOSITS: NON-REFUNDABLE Deposits are required at the time of booking for some services.

RESCHEDULING: Use your confirmation email to reschedule. Rescheduling is only valid up to 48 hours before the original appointment.

ONE LOVE BEAUTY DELUXE VIRGIN HAIR : Deluxe Virgin Hair is included in ALL Install Packages. Luxury Hair is available from Shop on website OneloveBeaut.com

For clients booking hair color services: A consultation is required. Upon booking, please be sure to include consultation through our website at www.onelovebeaut.com.

COLOR & BUNDLE PURCHASE BOOKINGS: If you cancel and your bundles have already been colored for your appointment, you will be responsible for the cost of color and bundles. Bundles can be shipped to address you provide

NO CALL/NO SHOWS: Will BE CHARGED CANCELLATION FEE

LATE CANCELLATION: WILL RESULT IN A FEE BEING CHARGED TO CARD ON FILE

BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU ARE IN AGREEANCE WITH ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.

MEMBERSHIPS ARE SET FOR SIX (6) MONTHS AND DOES NOT ROLL OVER. YOU MUST USE SERVICES LISTED IN PACKAGE WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS OF PURCHASE DATE. MEMBERSHIPS DOES EXPIRE SIX (6) MONTHS OF PURCHASE DATE.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $15 flat rate per order shipping to anywhere in the USA.

In-store pickup

In-store purchase is available to customers on certain items. One Love Beauty offers their Deluxe Brand Virgin Hair in packages for install services. (Please Visit “Membership & Packages” for more information)

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
